General information.

Hygiënecode Online is a digital system in which business owners can easily and comfortably note down their mandatory hygiene forms, created to make life easier and more organized.

Our system is a modular systems, it is build out of all sorts of modules. We have a basic package of modules which covers the mandatory forms for every businesses. On top of that we have several add on modules out of whom they can choose if they want either of those or not.

The owner(s) of the company can login as administrator, only they can add and change things like: daily tasks, see the comments, add notes etc. the employees will get a different login, they can only fill in things.

Basic package:

Handbook(manual) / House rules.

All of the rules and orders of the company in a clear overview, from personal hygiene to cleaning and closing of the shop. It also includes the complete hygiene code digitally. All is able to be printed.

Employee Information.

Information about the people who work with the system, things like their E-mail, address, phone number, login codes etc.

Notes/notifications.

On the homepage of the system you can set extra notes about the important tasks that need to be done that day. 

Pasteurization / maturation.

Record your preparation and cooling of dairy products like cheese and ice-cream.

Preparation / cooling.

Record your preparation and cooling of warm dishes and sauces.

Temperature measurements.

This module shows when and where something needs to be measured. Those measurements are directly saved in the system. If the temperature is to low or high the system will indicate it, direct action is advised.

Cleaning schedule with an extensive procedure.

The company’s cleaning schedule completely digital. Everything that, when, how and with what product needs to be cleaned will be shown. The time/date of cleaning and the person who did it will be recorded, all to be checked in the history.

Received deliveries.

Record and check all deliveries. Important information like supplier, kind of product, temperature, The expiration date, package, taste, colour, if required any taken action.

Calibration of temperature recorder.

In here you can record the calibration of any temperature recorder or ice machine.

Complaints.

In this module you can record any complaint you receive and any future action. Always easy to find if necessary.

Frying.

Inspect the oil and/or products. 

Acidification.

extend your expiration date with acidification. If the PH level is lower than 4,2, bacteria can’t expand. In here you can record any important information like sort of food, PH level, staff member.

Sous-vide cooking.

In here you can record any important information about sous-vide cooking (sous-vide is vacuum packed food cooked slowly.

Cold-smoking Method.

In here you can record any important information about cold-smoking.

Improved Pasteurization.

Record all of the important information about improved pasteurization. (extend the expiration date)

Core Temperature.

In here you can easily record the core temperature of all sorts of food.

Total Polar Material (TPM) Registration.

Record the deterioration of oil. 

Hygiene control.

With this list of questions you can monitor the state of hygiene inside your business. Fill this form once every week/month. You can also fill in any improvement points and talk about it with the employees. 

Expansion modules: 

We have several add on modules which businesses can use in the system. most of these aren’t mandatory but all of them are helpful. 

For example: to record all of your product’s allergens is required, but it is not registered in the hygiene code yet. Thus it is not added in our basis package.

Recipe booklet.

All of your recipes in a clear overview, easy to share with your staff. All available for download in PDF.

Pest Control.

In here you can record all that is important, for example the date of inspection, name of inspector, any necessary taken actions, full report.

Pest Control Online.

Pestwatcher is a partner of Hygiënecode Online. Via MyPestWatcher you receive notifications when a mouse/rat or any other vermin is detected. The data in the portal shows excellent reports and assays. With these reports you can analyse where the vermin’s are detected first so you can find their way in.

With this system you suffice to the national and international regulations.

Stock Management.

Extensive stock management system that sends out an alert when the stock reaches a certain number.

Convenient as an overview when ordering new supplies.

Label Printing.

Print labels for your fresh food. Fill in Product name, creation date, expiration date. In here you can also print your allergen labels.

Allergens.

Allergens are very important to map. If a customer asks anything about allergens in a certain food you always have to give them an immediate answer. with this module you can make an overview of every products allergens. 

Time Registration.

Employees can login with their personal code. In here you can follow an hour registration (Excel) where the hours of employees are booked, which you can easily send to the accountant.

Personnel Planning.

Employees can specify the dates/hours in which they are available for work. So you can easily create a schedule. There is the possibility to create one for every department.

E-mail alert.

In the opening page there is an overview of every task or measurement that needs to happen that day, in case you or your employees forget something, you can set up an E-mail alert so you will never forget anything.

Traceability / Batch code.

Everyone that produces, processes, Stores and transports any kind of foods/drinks, needs to have a system for traceability. This is necessary to remove products from the stores/trade in case they are a risk for the consumer’s health.

In this new module you can easily trace back any used batch codes for a recall. This way you can quickly communicate with the FSA (Food Safety Authority) and the consumers.

Checklist / Audit form.

In here you can create any kind of checklist, or even an audit list. Very convenient for hotels

AMS (Allergens Management System)

AMS is a convenient online tool that shows your allergens in all your products or dishes with a few mouse clicks. This will save you the necessary time and costs. Within 3 steps, you can easily fill in your dishes or products. The intelligent software keeps track of what kind of allergens are processed in all of your products. At the request of your customer, you have all the information you need immediately. 

Sense Anywhere.

A automatic temperature sensor, shows accurate temperatures and sends out a warning if boundaries are crossed. 

Home page.   

This is a screenshot of a part of the system’s homepage, this is the first thing you see when you open the system. 

If a bar is orange, it means not all of the tasks are completed. If the bar is green, vice versa. In some modules you can add a comment, only to be seen by the administrator. 

If any of these bars are orange at the end of the day and if you have the E-mail alert installed on your systems, you get a message saying there is still a task open. This way you will never forget anything and your hygiene safety is guaranteed.
